Here is a questionnaire I saw on my sister's blog (fifiscrapz) and thought I would post it up on mine too...

1. What did you do in 2007 that you’d never done before?
Taught myself how to design websites.

2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
No, I didn't make any as I don't think they happen if you do!

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My older sister had a little girl in January

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Not in 2007

5. What states/countries did you visit?
Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Auckland, New Zealand; Victoria, Australia

6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?

Inner happiness!

7. What dates from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Roger Waters concert in Dubai.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Learning how to make websites.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Loving myself - didn't happen.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?

Had a really bad pain in my side for months - no one could figure out what it was.

11. What was the best thing you bought?

My Nikon D80

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Mine.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Rent, food, petrol, gifts, school fees, daycare and scrap booking.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?

Steve coming home and any prospect of seeing my parents and siblings.

16. What song will always remind you of 2007?

Learning to Fly - Pink Floyd

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:

a) happier or sadder?
Sadder

Fatter

18. What do you wish you’d done more of?
More fun things with the kids, more alone time with hubby.

19. What do you wish you’d done less of?

Being unhappy.

20. How did you spend Christmas?
With Steve's family at our place for lunch and the to friends for a light meal and the kids Christmas concert.

21. Did you fall in love in 2007?
Already in love as far as hubby goes. But fell in love with my new cat Smokey Joe


22. What was your favorite TV program?

Greys Anatomy

23. Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?

No

24. What was the best book you read?
Cross Stitch by Diana Gabaldon (read it at least once a year)

25. What was your greatest musical discovery?

Didn't have one

26. What did you want and get?

A scrap-booking cupboard

27. What did you want and not get?

Klik-n-Kut

28. What was your favorite film of this year?

The Notebook

29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?

This year I turned 31. Spent the morning with kids. I drove to Melbourne in the afternoon to pick up DH who arrived at 2am the next day. Stayed the night at the Hilton and pigged out on room service and watched movies. Did my nails and my hair - gave myself a bit of pampering.

31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2007?
If I liked it and it fitted I bought it.

32. What kept you sane?

Thoughts of seeing my family.

33. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?

(Ditto Bev) Johnny Depp.

34. What political issue stirred you the most?
Don't care much for political crap so just ignore it mostly! They will do what suits them regardless.

35. Who did you miss?
My mum and Dad and my siblings heaps. Liz, Megan and Bart, Wayne!

36. Who was the best new person you met?
Don't know, haven't really got to know anyone well enough.
